How We Charge
Key to our approach is our aim to provide a flexible, added value for money service to our clients. In addition to charging for claims and consultancy services on a competitive hourly rate basis, we also offer fixed fee and contingency charging structures – unique in the sector in which we operate.
Hourly rates
Lump sum
Contingency: ‘no win no fee’, percentage of amount recovered, 'saved' or within budget/reserve (defence)
Fixed daily rates on casualties - maximum 10 hour days
No charge for travel time
Tiered fixed fee casualty investigation rates to include on board investigation, evidence collection, statements, report and recommendations
Combination of above
No commitment, confidential file review and assessment of merits leading to no obligation fee proposal
