C Support Ltd provides legal fee and expense protection to owners, charterers, traders and others involved in the shipping and energy industries. The product provides three tiers of protection up to US$1,000,000 of legal expense cover.

As a standalone or as an addition to Tier 1, when English law litigation or arbitration proceedings are commenced, Tier 2 provides representation and covers the cost of the legal and ancillary expenses incurred in pursuing or defending a claim (up to US$500,000).
This increases the Tier 2 limit to US$1,000,000.
